The Trifari Jewelry Collection
Mr. Irving Wolf served as the CEO of the Trifari Company from the early 1970's until his retirement in 1981. His wife, Ruth, has decided to sell part of her collection of Trifari jewelry including pieces designed by Alfred Philippe in the early days, and by Diane Love in the 1970's. Art Deco influenced design necklace in light gold tone finish with sparkly clear baguette rhinestones. This design was patented by Alfred Philippe on Nov. 9, 1948. Very interesting creation from Trifari. The two brushed gold tone & faux pearl clips are connected by a chain and can be worn in many different ways: as sweater clips, a chatelaine, a pair of dress clips, or a bracelet. Alfred Philippe for Trifari Faux Pearl Choker
Elegant, 3 strand, faux pearl choker with asymmetrical rhinestone focal point. This design was patented for Trifari by Alfred Philippe on February 15, 1949. Marked: "Trifari" with a crown on the clasp. The necklace measures 13 1/4 inches long at the neckline. The rhinestone enhancement measures 1 3/16 inches by 1 3/4 inches. A few of the tiniest rhinestones show discoloration, but overall the necklace is in very good, original condition. $195
